The dynamic school management system at GDPS helps track the academic and non-academic progress of the students though feedbacks and review. Effective "Parent-Teacher" interactions are held on a regular basis to enable clearer communication and a closer bond of trust between the parent-teacher and the child.

The school is safely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic amidst the 25 acres campus bound by compound walls. The school has a CCTV set up to monitor common areas and the school surroundings. The security guards have a clear understanding of not only security techniques, but also the unique nature of the school population.On a wider level, they are active in designing and implementing security policies and crisis response plans.
We have a fulltime paramedical assistant, who periodically screens every student for preliminary medical problems, educates and encourages them about healthy lifestyle. The school also has medical support from Gedee Hospital for medical emergencies.
A well-networked fleet of safe and sophisticated buses are available for the students' conveyance. The bus route covers all important points in the city and the outskirts. The school buses meet all mandatory requirements as given by the government.
The Café GDPS provides healthy and hygiene vegetarian lunch at very nominal rate. Lunch is the only time of the day when the whole school – children and teachers have a chance to come together. The atmosphere of the canteen sets a tone for the rest of the school and helps to establish the schools culture.
Gedee Public School has a strong music and dance department that not only contributes to the annual events and various competitions but also weaves into the regular timetable of every child. Chlidren are given training from morning prayers to Hiphop, Salsa, Classical, Indian and folk forms of Music & Dance. We also have a well-trained school band.
Our campus encompasses a sprawling area for outdoor sports and fully furnished indoor play area for indoor sports. To get a break from the confines of classroom and studies, ample time is allocated for sports and games. Competitive tournaments at various levels in sports and games; both indoor and outdoor are part of Gedee Public School’s curriculum. Such programme enhance the spirit of healthy competition and hone the students to be disciplined, well-coordinated and the ability to work and excel individually and in team.
Students' academic pursuit is well-complemented by our state-of-the-art library with colossal collection of books. The library encompasses books from diversified fields and has subscribed for many reputed journals, magazines and periodicals. Our multi-media room helps children to watch and listen to educative, interactive programme that complement their classroom learning process. To understand students' perception and hone their attitude, critically acclaimed and popular children movies and documentaries are screened.
We make learning as an enjoyable experience for the students through our smart classrooms. It is equipped with a host of interactive features, providing a very lively and enriching session between the children and teacher. In addition, we also follow the traditional Chalk & Talk method. The classrooms are adequately spacious, bright, ventilated and set the right tone for effective learning.
The school counsellor is a vital members of the education team. She helps all students in the areas of academic achievement, personal/social development and career development, ensuring students become the productive, well-adjusted adults of tomorrow. The counselor gives clear directions, solves problems, listen to problems, shows concern and encourages every student to behave well in school as well as outside. The counselor works with teachers, parents, students and co-workers to develop a comfortable healthy school environment.
Auditorium is the heart of Gedee Public School. It is well equipped with modern state of high quality sound system with audio-visual facilities like LCD Projectors, LCD screen with a seating capacity of around 550 to 600 persons at a time. The auditorium is highly artistic, acoustic blended with sound-proof walls. The auditorium is used for assembly, dramatic plays, lectures, inter-house activities, cultural activities, fine arts and several other competitions too. The auditorium will provide every student to perform their arts for audience as well as the performers. The auditorium is highly functional with artistic infra structure, ceilings, windows and floors which are constructed through a structural way has its own distinctive features.
