Flower Knitting Mills has several factories to take care of its production requirements. Three of those factories are located at Lakshmi Nagar, Poyampalayam and Chinnkarai, upon Palladam Road.

M/s. Divya Spinning Mills Pvt. Ltd. is an immense production unit, which takes care of the high-speed and high quality spinning requirements of the Group. Also garments have to be dyed and bleached. The Flower Group has two specialised units to take of the dyeing and bleaching requirements of the garments. M/s. Divya Dyeing accommodates the dyeing needs, while M/s. Sri Sivakami Bleachers looks after the bleaching processes. This allows the Group to function more effectively in the production of quality garments.

The Flower Group also possesses in-house facilities for the compacting and curing process. A separate printing unit has been set-up to handle the printing requirements of the group. The unit possesses highly sophisticated machinery to ensure better quality and better turnaround time.

A new factory is currently being constructed at Gettidheviyur near Gobichettipalayam with a total spindle capacity of 16000 spindles.

The employees are selected with utmost care to ensure that they are capable of aligning themselves with the group's objectives. They have been very cooperative with the management to ensure that quality products are always delivered on time.

To ensure the smooth transition of corporate policies down the organisational hierarchy, the middle management is well equipped with managers possessing very good managerial skills. They are handpicked for their interpersonal skills and attitude and aptitude.

The entire administration department has been computerised to ensure that the entire production cycle, right from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished garments to the buyers take place without any hitch.
